I got a PI 110 that broke my nerves.For more than a month i can't make it to work properly.If i place only one A4 paper sheet on lower PI tray it Z folds it properly.However when i place 5 or more paper sheets they get stuck into the finisher and by stuck i don't mean there is a problem with the transport,the finisher refuses to fold them one by one and tryes to fold them all on once.I readed the whole service manual both on cf5001,di7210/5510 and 7272 and the service manuals for the PI and options and didn't find any clues from where to ajust the number of sheets to fold.
If someone wants to share a solution i'll be very happy
