I have a Konica 7821 DXN office printer. Prints fine in black. Color is very light or blurry. I have replaced the toners and still no difference. Any suggestions? These toners were very expensive and I still cant print in color. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you replaced the toners, did you put new toners in or rebuild the toner cartridges? I have found that when the toner cartridges are rebuilt, they clog the drum unit recycling path and cause light prints and sometimes gear jumping noises.Comment
