di 7210 adf jams at intake

I cleaned all one way bearings and replaced feed and pick up rollers. I cleaned rear one way bearing on secondary feed as well. It makes a binding noise and locks up at feed rollers.

Any ideas?

If this is similiar to the konica 7255/7272 .....than try this.....open df cover....than lift up metal lifting plate(have to bend a lil piece of plastic to get plate up) with plate lifted there will be 3 gears.....than tend to get a lot of build up in between the teeth! I hope this helps.......and I hope they are the same DF!! haha

I would check the clutches as well. Had a Di5510 with a similar problem recently.

There is a torque limiter on the unit that gave me a similar problem , cleaning the one way bearings didnt help but replacing them did.
