bizhub 500 not pulling paper

check the gearbox and take-up clutch. Maybe some gear are broken.

after some cleaning of sensors and rollers the machine is now pulling from tray 3 till the drum but there get stuck and fold 4 or 5 times nothing from trays 1 and two

Whats the jam code?
If they arent turned on.....go into dipsw settings and change DIPSW 10-7-1 (on)

I did it and now it does work ok from tray 3 but not 1 and two. at list It can be used thank you very very much this forum is great
