    Bizhub 350 Strange Problem

Okay. Here's a strange one. Not that serious, yet, but may get worse. When the customer walks up to the machine in sleep mode and hits a button to start it up, it comes up with a feeder jam. also does it if the machine is turned off and on. If you raise and lower the feeder, or open and close the left cover, it goes away. There are no paper or foreign objects in it. If I go into tech mode and look at the I/O state confirmation for ADF switches, even while the jam is showing, they all show 0. I can touch the paper empty switch or any switch I can reach, and they will show 1 in the sim, but will not clear jam. I reseated the harness to the machine and the connections on the feeder board, to no avail. Anyone seen this one?

Thats why I asked if it was a C350 common problem on C350, clean sensors and run sensor calibration.

It's a 350 ( black and white ). I tried cleaning sensors, and the machine is in a clean location and has only been there for about 6 months, but I'll give this another look.

Dude, you're best friend on these feeders/scanners is a 2 inch paintbrush & a can of canned air. Followed by clean up the rollers with alcohol. And don't forget to lift up the feeder off the glass and really air-blast the underside.

Problem was the sensor on the left side of the feeder behind the door. Thanks all for leading me there. Just had another machine do the same thing.
