    C253 Error Code C3723

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a C253 with the error
    C3723: Fusing abnormally high temperature detection (pressurizing side).

    I have changed the fuser unit and loaded the latest firmware, before i go changing boards has anyone had this issue before??

      Is this code reaccurring even after you reset code ?

          Um yeah, did you reset it first?
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                  I'm not trying to insult your intelligence by asking this, but, are you resetting by holding down Utility/Counter button, turning machine on, then reset ?
