I just move a bizhib c350 from one location to another. Now, I am getting an error code c960 during power up and the copier doesn't work any more. Could anyone tell me what this error code means
This code is usually caused by the white plastic spring clutch in the bypass unit. Sometime adjust the slot where the spring clips into will take care of it.
