Bizhub 500 w/ FS510 Finisher; false 10 jams in finisher?

I removed the left end slider cover and inspected sensors. Lots of widgets. manually worked them all. After reassembly it worked until I tested stapled sets and went back to unclearable 10 missfeeds. Any ideas or help with a SM would be greatly appreciated.

there are two one way needle bearing gears in the gear cluster just before the exit front side clean them. also hole punch clutch clean or replace

Thanks Mr Clean, They looked ok but I took apart cleaned reassembled and can't get to act up again.
