    Error messages in bizhub 420

Anyone have any experience with "Error 5" and "Error 6" in bizhub 420? I'd tried to find it in Service Manual but I can't find it. Error appear when I ran TCR Adjustment after replacing Drum unit.
    Any information will appreciate.
    Thank you.

Ive not had it happen on the BZ420 range but on the 7145 range it was usually the sensor in the drum carriage that was either faulty or dirty. Might be worth swapping the sensor from the old unit and see what happens...
Just looked it up Error 5 could be faulty TCR sensor (dev unit) Error 6 could be drum sensor or print control board. I would still try the drum sensor first..Cheers...

Did you replace developer too or just drum unit? You do not have to run TCR adjustment if you only replaced drum unit.

Did you get a 2801 code as well?

You might have to replace dev unit.

No. That's a new Dev unit.

              tech 51 may be right

Clean sensor on drum unit, replace TCR sensor and then Print control Board. You will need to do firmware for print control board if it is new.
