Konica Minolta C500 Pro Printing Problem

    Dear Friends
I have a problem on printing.

When i am printing full colors on a page, the color it's not clean.
and the letters, on paper are not "clean".

Only if i print 100% black it's perfect.
I clean drums, transfer belt, but nothing.
And i have lines on photos.
Example: if i print letters on white paper and have 100% black it's perfect.
If i print, letters with 30% cyan and 40% magenta are not "clean".

    Please someone to help me

    Thanks

    Can you post a sample?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

try an internal test print. (from the print engine only, not the controler)
