one of my costomer had called unothorised engineer for service of c350.he dhanged password of Admn & c.e.password .I could not abel to open it help me please .

Basically he's trying to politley say he is not giving you the admin password...if you can get into service mode then you should be able to reset the password from there. If you are not a KM tech then call a "authorized" dealer and have them reset it for you. Admin passwords should not be posted. Emujo

I am a costomer engg.but didt fasedany time this type of problem.actually one of our competater locked like this .now i want to gradiation mode.that s why i want to open service mode.after entering service procedure its asking ce password.default password is not opening.so plz tell me any other procedure sir.sorry for disturbing u...........

the ce password is registred in the NVRAM only Konica Minolta can change it for but you can tray an other solution:

what you need is to perform the image quality so you can get an other NVRAM from another machine but the same model an do what u want
