Usually the motor is not the fault. Check for unbalanced tray unit, ie-front side is slightly higher than back side or vice versa. It may need to be adjusted.
Check the sensor flags.
And also, adjust the two outside castors to elevate the far left side of the finisher (relative to the machine) to make the finisher unit tilt in towards the machine.
