c280 not comming on from sleep mode

    [Dead] c280 not comming on from sleep mode

    I have a new c280 which goes into sleep mode then power save. When the customer prints or press's the screen it will not come back to life. Turning on and off on main switch(inside doo) works 40% of the time to bring machine back to life.

    Anybody had something similar

      sound like your c280 is not up to date, maybe you should upgrade the firmware to V. A0ED0Y0-F000-G00-B4,

          We turn off sleep mode all together. Leave the low power modes set to whatever you need.

              Try reformatting the HDD, I have had 2 machines with the same issue.
