[Jamming] Minolta Di 350 Jamming on the By Pass

Hi there,
My Personal Minolta Dialta Di 350 is Jamming only at the by pass. The printed paper comes only half way out and then it signals a Jam. When I print from the tray, it comes out without any problem. What can I do with such an error.

is this a c350 because i remmeber di351 not a di350 or maybe even a biz 350?

This same problem will occur if you have not properly designated the paper size. If the machine thinks you have Legal paper in the bypass when you have Letter, it will cause similar jams. Confirm that the copier has recognized the correct paper size.
