i have trouble with the error code 4011 of xerox DC440ST. The error occurs when power on.
please give me a hand to solve the problem or send me a the services manual if possible.

Thank you was care this prolem.I haven't service manual for it.When power on,the desktop display "please wait system warm up" then "error code 4011 and nothing more.How to display error code exact.

Actually there are a few number only codes on this model they were testing/development diag codes. They were "turned off " in the third or fourth firmware revision. You had to call engineering support for the answer.
Otherwise this could be an n7-11 or U8-11 code (both point to the hard drive being bad ).

this kind of faults occare due to bad sectors if possible replace the hard desk or remove these bad sectors,good luck
