I want to tell you it is a scanner lamp failure. But, nowhere in my downloaded Di250 or Di251 manuals is there a mention of a C0400 code.

It is an exp. lamp failure, I would clear the code with trouble reset then check to see if the lamp comes on during warmup,chances are the lamp is bad or the metal foil on the lamp has a break in it, good luck

im sorry its not c0400. It's C004C. i hope i can get a reply.

actually it's not the only code i am getting. i'm also getting a C0F32 and a C0500 code.

c004c is m5 failure to turn(ozone fan) c0032 is faulty toner density sensor,c0500 is fuser warm-up error

I am getting the co500 error on a i250. Can you tell me the usual cause for this?
