bizhub 500
we have a bizhub 500 with 750,000 copies on it. problem is paper not feeding from any tray.already replaced paper feed motor with no luck.when running load check for that motor,I get nothing. also,it counts jams from each tray it tries to feed from.anyone out there have any ideas???thanks
