BizHub 350 250 Fuser units rebuild or replace?

I wanted to ask and see what some of you all do with the fuser units for the bizhub 250-350...
Right now I rebuild them using the 2510 parts with an OEM upper fuser roller...
They work fine but my boss wants to save on the OEM fuser roller..Katun has the Generic that they claim works for the 2510/3510 and the 250/350 but I have had no luck with that generic from codes to toner not sticking. Anyone know a good generic heat roller for the 250/350's?
    Thanks!

We use Katun (though I dislike that stupid company) without issues until now.

What toner do you use? OEM or generic? Also what kind of life do you get out of the rebuilt fuser unit?

Copytechnet Toner. High volume accounts around 350K others 250K. Starts with the thermistor digging in.
