code c2557 in c550!!!

i got error code in c550 c2557 problem with the tcr value in black image . i check the tcr

value its standing on 4.5% and after copule of paper there is error code . i try to supply

toner to the image and after that the tcr shows 7% its good but again after we print

the error code show again c2557 and the tcr show 4.5% . the iu black new and i try to

replace nothing change maybe there is problem with the hooper maybe its fake or problem

with the motor of toner supply?

There is a problem with the IU working it's way loose, which can cause loss of bias and CQ problems, maybe causing toner errors- Check you image unit for any damage to the drum?

Is the K image unit holding plate mod being used on this machine ??

Hi there!
Had the same problem some month ago, the problem was not enough tonersupply caused by a bad sealing of the tonercartridge. Installed anew one-OK.
