problem copy in bizhub 421

Hi guys,
I have problem with bizhub 421 when I copy a small original using A4 lengthwise and FLS (8,5 x 13) paper. You can see the result below.

But no problem when I use A4 in crosswise direction.
Anyone know the solution?

I would check your default settings, something is set weird, IMO-either a resolution or image setting is whack.

User settings, or Admin default settings.
Just a hunch?
