    [Misc] service mode

recently taken over a account-previous vendor has changed @ service mode password.
Is there a master reset, or back door in?
    Thanks

on some models if you go to trouble reset, then Stop 00 Stop 01 it will get you into tec rep mode.

I tried that on C353 and it still asks for the password. I wish there were another solution for that model

Only 2 ways to get in. Talk to previous vendor and get password, or call Konica Minolta. They will most likely say you would need to reset/replace the NVRAM.

This is the password that the BH color printers ask you when you go into trouble reset mode to go in service mode.

I had that problem on a bh420 and solved it going through trouble reset and then stop-0-0-stop-0-1. I then did Stop-0-Clear and then I disabled the password.
