c452 docfeeder issues very funny 1

pls help .
we are sitting withs machine when scanning from the docfeeer the machines freezes and lcd goes blank fail to make copies.

copies off the glass area is fine no issues,

we checked and replaced memery still issues..

OK..copies off the glass work ok but when the adf is used the MFP shuts down...sounds like you have a short in the feeder. Put the MFP in test mode and start running anything that uses 24vdc 1 by 1 until the thing shuts down again. Why would you suspect memory issues when the same memory is used to process the scan from th glass? emjujo

we have run adf tests no problem.
this is what happens when machine default black and white then problem goes away.
when machine default auto color or color scan set the scanning from doc feeder frezzes machine and scan area copies are fine. i know this sounds crazy.
nd doc feeder tests are all fine

check jam code for df611 if you have alot of 6003 and 6002 there are bulletins out on this but haven't seen it locking up display
