KM 240f - code 18

[Toxic]

Code 18 shows that something is wrong with fusing unit.
Machine is on far location but i find out over telephone that after machine is on, fusing unit stay cold and after startup show malfunction code 18.
I think that fuser lamp is gone.
Does somebody know how long is fusing unit life?
This machine is about 110k.

I meant how long is fusing life by specification because machine is still in warranty period ?
