Got a problem with 5 x bizhub 421's at the same customer. All 5 machines have the same issue.
All are configured the same: bizhub 421, HDD, IC module, AU-101 biometric.
Set up with biometric based user authentication with each user tied to a department in account track. Touch & Print is switched on so the print jobs will be held until the user puts a finger on the bio unit.
Now the system works really well except for 1 problem: When the user asks for more than 1 in the print quantity, the machine will only ever print 1. When I turn off touch and print so the machine will immediately print the job, it will print multiples. I have been through all of the user and sdmin settings and cant see anything wrong.
Copy mode works perfectly.
Any ideas?
