I didn't know some of these and I am 26.

Now its morning and I am sober I realise that it was meant as a joke. I think I will use $5 for an idiot test. Will let you know the result.

I can't claim to be a founding member, but I am a senior member of CRS, and the "pile of s..t" is getting bigger and deeper. :)

I taught my mom to text (FYI: I don't know all the acronyms either). She would type the funniest stuff and I found myself replying LOL. I couldn't figure out why she always replied, "I love you too, baby". I asked her what she thought LOL meant. "Well it means Lots Of Love, of course." She wasn't too happy when she found out I've been laughing at her all this time. ;)

One day I came home from work and she said:

"Look! I got bling!" (she kept shaking her head from side to side)

You don't know how funny that sounds until you hear your 70+ year old mother say that. When I finished wiping the tears from my eyes from laughing, she told me dad bought her a sparkly pair of earrings and that's why she was shaking her head to show me. ROFL!
