    [Misc] bizhub C351 FK-502 fax send locks up copier.

    I have a two Konica Minolta C351 with FK-502 fax kits. One sends and receives perfectly the other locks up when sending from glass or doc feeder. Power off and power on to clear it. We performed a data reset, checked Tech Rep Mode for "Marketing area set to US and Fax Target is set for US. We initialized the fax and even swapped FK-502 board from the working machine and it still locks up. We can manually send by using the "Off Hook" button. However, we can not receive. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Please advise.

      Maybe reformat Hdd. Sometimes can cause issues when faxing.

          Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. The "Data Clear" unset the HDD. We set the HDD in Tech rep mode and it took care of our problem. Thanks for your help. Johva.
