[Error Code] C3821 error code on bizhub c253

any one had the error code C3821 on a bizhub C253 or an olivetti mf250 machine its abnormal low temperature the machine has had a new fuser unit still errors out it happens about once a week service manual points in direction of power supply or board trouble just wondered if anyone else had this problem before i start looking too deep

Verify that they dont have any power issues. That can cause the machine to trip fuser codes.

I could be wrong but I thought there was special firmware for this?
