Bizhub 501 finisher exit jjams

Ok i'm working on the is FS522. When it staples then goes to kick out the copy nothing happens then it shows jam on the display. I was getting the c1118 but i replaced the main board and the paddle exit soleniod and that went away. Now it just jams on and off. sometimes it will not pull the paper back in to staple also. Are there some one way bearings in this exit i should look for? Thanks

There's a clutch in those finishers that has caused me some problems. It sits on the exit roller shaft, behind FN6. Can't for the life of me remember the P/N, but it seems to be a common problem, Konica Minolta is aware of it it seems.
It's a clutch/gear, called GEAR 19T in the PM.

We had one just the other weeks that was a new setup with same symptoms. For us it turned out that the assy that has the release solenoid for the exit assy, was slighty bent not allowing gears to properly mesh. Just something else to look at.
