A few weeks ago this machine had a C6030 code. I tried to reset but code came right back. Installed new fuser unit and reset. Was working great for last few weeks. Customer called this morning and machine now has C6000 code. I had them try and reset over the phone but it wont reset. The service manual isn't much help. Any help appreciated. Thank you
