C220 Color (Y) problem

Good day to u guys

Got a crazy one just a while back.
This C220 machine prints the dark shades of yellow well but the light ones.
It was reported to have been working well one evening and start of next day all Hell broke lose.
I have since replaced the drums,High Voltage board, print head assy.
when I I put in in the H.V board the machine d=seemed to wok well but then reverted to
the same state in about two days.

I have atached the gradation test print and demo page

compare the weight of you yellow image unit to a new one, lighter? if yes then you have a developer bis problem causing developer tobe transfered onto the xfer belt and then the cleaner box.

are you checked devolaper unit? how that customer Maintenance that machine with A/C or with out?
