when i print a image is background ok, but when i make a copy the image is with color background in all area

My equipment is Konica Minolta Bizhub C500, when i make a copy backgroun shadow and image copies is present in all document. I have poor quality of image.
I try follow steps
1. Enter the 36 mode.
2. "36 mode menu screen"
Press the [3. Image quality adjustment] key.
3. "Image quality mode menu screen"
Press the [2. Printer gamma adjustment] key.
4. "Printer gamma adjustment menu screen"
Press the [2. Printer gamma sensor adj.] key.

What color is the background? How many prints on each developing unit?

The background is not color specific, i make copies in single mode (C Y M Bk) and copies are within background shadow, but with full color background is present.
Only in mode copier is a problem, when i send a print with fiery a print with full color is okComment

Did someone mess with the "Background Adjust" button on the image adjust screen? That would only affect copies and not prints.
