Looking for information on the Bizhub C350

First, Looking for a service manual for the Konica Bizhub C350, anyone know where i can get one?
Second, what are the high usage parts and part numbers for this machine.
Last, can someone tell me about the fuser, does it use pressure rollers or fuser sleeves or combination?

we went to the konica minolta website and downloaded the sm and parts cat.
i put together a c-450 yesterday at the office. seems like this one is a step better than the 350. word is konica/minolta are eventually doing away with black only boxes and everthing will be color only.

i got my passwords from my service manager. i believe you have to be a konica/minolta dealer in order to get passwords. call the 1 800 numbers and see if they can assign you a log on and password. don\'t know any other way to get them. sorry, you can\'t have mine.

Dude, If you need anything kyocera, let me know, I used to have access to the Konica site and it worked until about six months ago when Monica revamped their technical site. Just another reason to hate them bastards.

mmm. i have not had a problem with either site. i get all kinds of info and downloads from them. i even do some online training with them. don\'t know what the problem is. what does kyocera have to do with konica? the two have nothing in common
