    konica minolta di 470 print controller error code 1808

    at least that is what I thought it said
    do I need to re seat the print controller
    to the machine again. or what is the
    problem. any thoughts?

      Reseating the controller might help indeed and also:

      From the "Solutions" list:

      Solution ID TAUS0644762EN* Solution Usage 1
      Description
      Intermittent C1808 service code being indicated on the copier.
      Solution
      Cause:
      The Power Relay Wire for the Controller is improperly mounted. Because of this the relay wire has become pinched/trapped between the print controller
      assembly and the PWB-B circuit board causing the service code.
      Solution:
      Make sure the Power Relay Wire is routed correctly. It should be held in place by 10 wire saddles that run below the PWB-B and down the lower left corner of
      the copier. See the attached PDF file which outlines in detail the rout the harness should follow.
