Problem in the fuser; either thermal-fuse, thermistor, or heater-lamp, quite possibly a combination of more than one!

I don\'t know if you can find an alternate source but I believe
mita no longer makes that thermel fuse.

Mita still makes them; you can also get them from Katun, Polek & Polek, Densi, Base-Wright-Moore, and probably Radio Shack, but that last you\'ll need to do some fabrication!
