Bizhub 500 automatic toner supply

Hello everybody!
I have a strange problem with Bh500. The machine displays "automatic toner supply" and does not copy or print. After a period of time displays C-2801, C-2802, C-2804. New developer, checked subhopper and toner bottle rotation.
Any suggestions?

is the m/c noisy, check the drum unit isn't clogged up, is the toner recycle unit clogged up, how old is the dev, i've fixed some of these by just tipping the dev out, shaking it up & putting it back in again....
