incorrec paper size detection on trays on c203

The trays in the copier do not detect correct paper size. I have adjusted side to side fences the metal pins at the back but still the same.Showing A5 instead of A4 I have noticed this a lot on different models too.Is there something i have missed cos this happens way too often. Is there a way of setting paper size manually like the by pass table and not rely on auto detect? Thank you.

I know it doesn't help with your problem but I have noticed this too on our C351. We end up haveing to push the selector all the way in set the machine and then reset back to the correct paper size. Bloody annoying!

this is caused by the operator, when they load the cassettes with paper, the dont slide the side guides out, the rear side guide gets slightly bent,if you bend the rear guide VERY slightly forward, it should say A4 again, we made up mods for the Biz 250/350 range, but haven't had any problems on the later ranges....
