KIP 700m Internal Counter Error

Machine is generating "Internal Counter Error". I have done the following so far:
-check F1 fuse -OK
-check for 24v - OK
-check adjustment #753 set to zero - OK
-I also tried the error masking but this did not work.
-check error log. Counter error (e-0020) does not show in error log, found this odd.
Machine is operating after service code is entered after error appears. I found a post regarding firmware on this model, but am looking for advice from those with more knowledge than myself. Is this a known issue with this model?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think you are on the wrong machine forum. I do not know of a KIP 700m in Konicaminolta range.

I am not sure about over the pond, but we get the manuals from the KM portal.
Perhaps I will post under "other brands".
