B751 Strange copy problem

I've got 2 B751's with a strange copy problem. If you do a run of about 10 or more copies, randomly the image gets cut in half. This happens no matter what mode you use eg. booklet, duplex, 4in1. v.20 firmware loaded

presumably off the glass ?

if so, leaving the machine to make its own descisions will result in this behaviour.

Tell it exactly what you want and it shouldnt do it. IE, the original size. Auto detection seems a bit crap on these machines off the glass.

Never seen it before, but I think it would be the print control board.

Did you reflash firmware. I thought it was up around version 30. Have not looked tho.
