    Copystar 2310 sawtooth image

    I have a Copystar 2310 that intermittently produces a sawtooth looking image. focus, registration, and everything else is OK but the image is bent like a sawtooth.

    I have reseated everything but it comes back once a week or so and is gone in an hour, has anyone seen this, what\'s the fix?
