fs 529 new seal? take a look

there is no part number for the new seal described in this tech advise document. unless I missed it.
it has a product code. but no part number. I am assuming that this seal goes right over those reverse rollers?
kind of confusing what do you all make of it>?

It looks like that worthless "feed tire tape" I saw used in the 80's and didn't work worth a crap. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

fs-529 = peice of shit. End of story.

However, I've had much experience pulling the f-ckers apart now and can fix just about anything that goes wrong with them. Very fiddly. Dont know what those "seals" are supposed to achieve, I've personally never had issues in that area.

I have one of those type finishers and occasionally the paper crashes right before those orange rollers as it moves down and toward exiting. There is not anything hanging it up and applying anti-static cleaner on the guides works for a while. Is this mylar a remedy for this issue.
              Thanks in advance.

Sorry. wrong finisher. I was referring to the finishers on the BH 500 series.

supposadly the part number A0U7P10000 IS a valid part number. according to my dsm
and it is supposed to work. in theory. or the customer needs a better brand paper then the
shitty recycled paper that is so readily available these days..
