    [Misc] Konica Minolta Bizhub 363 Fax Transmission Report and Activity Report

    Hi all, I am new to the forum.

    I have a few questions about the setting of the Fax Transmission Report and the Activity Report. Our company uses the Konica Minolta Bizhub 363 for print, scan, and fax. Some fax documents are important to know if it actually went through, but some aren't. We are currently set to print out the TX report after every fax. Is there any way to set the fax transmission report to be printed only if we want it to? Also, we have the fax activity report set to print on every Thursday at 1:37PM. Is there any way to set it to print out the fax activity report everyday at 4:50PM?

      You could just examine the Job List (pg 43 of the Fax Users Guide, here: https://wikis.uit.tufts.edu/confluen...sUserGuide.pdf ).
      Or for a one time print:
      Press [Job List]>[Job Details]>[Send]>[Job History]>[Comm. List]>[Fax TX
      List] or [Fax RX List] to print the following reports.
      • TX Report
      • RX Report
      • Activity Report

      See pg 157 of that same users manual:
      Printing interval can be selected from
      [Daily], [Every 100 Comm.], [100/Daily]
      in Administrator Settings of the Utility menu.
      If you have specified the output timing
      of activity reports to [Daily] or
      [100/Daily], specify the report output times accordingly.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thank you blackcat4866. I'll give it a try when I back to work on Monday.

          Too bad no one in the office knows how to change the setting on the Konica Minolta Bizhub 363. I am a new hire and they want me to figure all these out myself.
