    [Misc] BIzhub B363 Scan to Email as TEXT not HTML

    Hi evryone,

    I have three B363 models at a client. 2 of the machines, when using scan to email, and opening the email in Outlook will open as an HTML format message. The other machine's email will open as TEXT format message. This happens on the same computer as well as other computers. The emails come through correctly with the PDF attached file, but the message itself shows in Text format instaed of HTML format from this specific machine.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

      This has got to be an email client setting or browser setting. Nothing to do with your scanner or the network it's on.

      Unless you're supporting the endusers software applications, this is not your problem. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Does any of the machines have some body text in the e-mail message?

              Yes it does have text, then I removed that under admin mode, but still sends it as text format and not html.
