C451 Fax Receive Jam Tray 1

Client says that when they come in first thing there is a jam from Tray 1 on receiving a fax. If we take all the paper out of tray 1 and leave it overnight it receives fine.

Any ideas whats going on?

Feed rollers or humidity. try turning paper to different orientation.
