[Error Code] KM bizhub C352 error cod P-21

Hi
I have a problemwith a KM bizhub C352 copier gives me error P-21 (manual-Colorshift pattern test failure)
When I print the paper is fullmagenta ( see photo attachments)
when I give black copy no problem with magenta
ichanged themagentaunitwithanother andthe same problem,
please help

I think the magenta write unit has failed. It's quite rare on this model, I have only had one fail ever but it gave exactly this fault.

I changed the magenta unit with another and same problem,
it was 2 error code P-7 and P-21 but after restart dissapeared and remained only P-21

Tech51 was talking about the printhead, not the imaging unit. Try swapping it with one of the other colours. If the problem follows, you know what to do.

unplug. clean the contacts and reconnect the flat ribbon cable at the MFP board side that goes to the print heads.

Common problem - poor contact due to oxidisation of the pins.

I recleaned all sensors, all jacks cleaned everything contact

problem solved ...
