[CQ] NEC IT45C6 (Konica Minolta C452) No Animation Data Available

Hi folks,

I have a customer that has an NEC IT45C6 (Konica Minolta C452 with the NEC badge on the front). As we all know, NEC has closed their Document Solutions Division and I've tried contacting all the numbers/email addresses they've given in their letters to our office with no luck. So I'm reaching out to you guys in hope that you can at least point me in the right direction.

On the machine's display, it reads "No Animation Data Available, Contact Your Administrator". The drive was previously initialized, but I don't have the "movie file" it requires to be loaded on to it.

Does any one have this file available or at least a link in which I can download it from?

Also, would this require me to upgrade the firmware on the machine as well?

The movie file it's probably too big to transfer to you digitally.

Hard to believe nec can't help at all

You might have to contact a Konica dealer on town, you shouldn't have to do firmware unless you want it up to date for prudence sake
