C353 problem. "fails to complete job". Pls help

My c353 problem. All functioning well. When i scan to computer, let's say a book have 200 pages. When scan at half way. The error come out "fails to complete job". Anybody please help. Thank you very much.

1st, can you get a 10 page job to send correctly, and are you scanning via FTP, SMB, or Email. 2nd you need to provide us with a more detailed failure reason than "failed to complete job". Look in the job history at the MFP, find a job that failed, highlight it and touch "details" this will provide the real reason for the failure. Emujo
