Bizhub C300 streaking image.

Dark horizontal streaks across the sheet for first six or so copies.
Streaking gets lighter after that amount but still unacceptable quality.
When I jam a wadded up piece of paper under the middle of the transfer roller unit forcing the roller closer to the transfer unit itself there's less streaking.
This makes me think the transfer unit roller might need replacing.
Any opinions or suggestions on this?

OK, is the transfer unit still in good condition? I mean within 60% or so of expected life? What happens when you test individual colors, meaning, running service mode test prints. Does the problem only occur with one color C,M,Y,K?
