biz hub 501 internal error

Biz hub 501 says internal error turn off and re start machine.
Done this several times, still comes back.
Im having the client unplug the machine for 20 mins, plug back in and re start,
What is internal error? no sc just internal error?

should have a code logged in service mode.
If not then I would suspect memory, hard drive or mfp pwb.

yeah,, can u take the pic and upload to your post. so many internal error problem and including error code. so if we don't know what the problem, we can not help u to solve. thanks.. ^^

I will be stopping by the client today, i have not heard back since yesterday, after i advised her to unplug the machine for 20mins, then re boot the machine,

Error code C2403 is toner bottle phase detection abnormality. in my experience the toner sensor is dirty, so u need to clean the toner bottle sensor (PS28).
if your copier using finisher, uninstall finisher and u can see small plate near back fusing unit. remove 1 screw and using short screw driver to remove screw and remove toner bottle sensor (PS28).
clean the toner bottle sensor and reinstall back. make sure your bottle toner is original from KM if not is the problem. toner bottle cup.
