well bizhub 163 if l started there this machine this error code appeared there C05000....and this machine Extinguished alone....l trying controlled the fusion parts but all is good ...please help

There is no C05000 in this machine. However C0500 means warm-up failure of fuser unit. Reset by holding the Stop Key down at the same time switch the Power Switch on.

Check the switch for the right door, it is not actuated, on the rear of mashine

well excuse me ...l wrong ..the error code is C0500 ...l know it have warm-up failure ..l trying controlled the fusion section parts ...but it is very good ....please it have any idea to raster this error code how can enter in mode save ??

Reset by holding the Stop Key down at the same time switch the Power Switch on.

You can reset this problem by pressing the following buttons:utility key-stop 00 stop 01 then trouble reset,then do the reset.

hello all ..l informed you l solved my problems ....l taken my finger fix to stop long 5 second l started switch of copiers any all is very good ...thanks very good to all technician help me ...
