[Error Code] C550 Oil Can Icon

Went to a C550, it was showing the oil can icon, but when I click on it to view the warnings it just beeps & won't open!
Is this simply because there are no P code warnings, but then the oil can should disappear!?

(m/c is working fine just thought that was a bit odd)

I've come across this a number of times, and never worried about it. Nothing's ever blown up. Yet.

I'm told that it's possibly because some of the units are on override (not to show alerts / replacement)

Cool thanks, yes probably as I have the drum & fuser unit life all turned off.
